Astral Projection for Wellbeing

‘Astral projection' (or out of body experience), is the secret skill you never knew you had. What if you could access expanded states of consciousness and connect with people and places beyond space and time? Where would you go, who would you meet and what would you bring back? Learn how the sages of old activated this transcendent level of awareness and how ordinary people are using it to transform their lives. 

This interactive talk and Q&A is based on Jade's Msc Transpersonal Psychology research and draws from western psychology and eastern traditions. 

Jade Shaw is an out-of-body experience (OBE) researcher and teacher. After a life changing OBE she researched the phenomena for her Msc in Transpersonal Psychology. She made an OBE film called ‘Insight Out’ featured on Amazon Prime, she is the consultant for the N01 Netflix show Behind her Eyes and she won the 2021 Kindred Spirit Magazine emerging voice award.
