You’re welcome to join our sister circle which celebrates  the subtle transition to autumn at the Autumn Equinox...

This is a powerful time for women to gather in ceremony and share experience.

The Autumn Equinox is a time of inward turning and celebration. This is the time to receive and acknowledge what we've drawn in during the summer, and prepare ourselves for the transition to winter ahead. We'll share and ground ourselves through a variety of practices:

· Womb Wisdom Meditation

· Grounding Yin Yoga Sequence

· Expansive questions for journaling

· A Sharing Circle

· Guided Relaxation (Yoga Nidra)

Our circles are all about a warm and friendly environment and no experience of circles or yoga is needed. You are always welcome.
