In this nourishing morning mini retreat, you'll be guided through practices to open the heart and deepen your insight..then guided into self enquiry exercises and journalling to gain clarity on your focus for the year ahead.

About Anna

Anna is the founder of Shala. She has held space for many groups of women over the years as an experienced yoga teacher (since' 13) on regular weekend yoga retreats and new year retreats, in workshops/ classes and teaches a variety of styles of yoga. She runs regular anxiety and stress relief immersions for professionals, teaches on yoga teacher trainings and is a writer for Om Yoga Magazine.
