About the Event

Whether you’ve been trying to conceive for a while or are just starting to consider it, then this workshop will offer you a space to share where you are with other women, be offered some practical support and then relax into a deeply restorative yoga practice designed to help you relax.

It’s well known that yoga, meditation and deep relaxation can be a beneficial way of supporting fertility as part of a multipronged approach. These techniques help to calm the nervous system and can be a great support through any challenging times we may face.

Our hope is you that feel really relaxed and supported, and perhaps that you have some ideas for some extra ways to support yourself by the close of the workshop.

About the teacher

Anna Brook is the founder of Shala and an experienced yoga teacher who has specialist training in Fertility Yoga techniques. She has had her own fertility journey and has enormously benefited from the yogic techniques she will be offering you.
