About the Event
Dear Mamas,
Welcome to Margate Mama Village. This monthly meet up is a chance to gather and share experience – the joys and the challenges. Our intention is to offer a warm and friendly space where everyone is fully listened to, and a great space to meet other mamas – alongside nourishing practices to support you.
We move through:
- A Sharing Circle
- Gentle Yoga tailored to the group and available to all (safe for those who are pregnant/postnatal)
- Relaxation
