About the Event
The Summer solstice is approaching…
You’re welcome to join our Solstice Sister Circle which celebrates the subtle transition to summer.
This is a powerful time for women to gather in ceremony and share experience.
Cultures all over the world have honoured the solstice as a time of abundance and fertility in nature for millennia.
The solstice is associated with the fire element and we’ll be drawing on heart opening practices to free up connection and joy.
Held in the Shala garden, surrounded by flowers, birdsong and candles, you’ll be guided through:
· Womb Wisdom Meditation
· Yang to Yin Yoga Sequence
· Expansive questions for journaling
· A Sharing Circle
· Guided Relaxation (Yoga Nidra)
Our circles are all about a warm and friendly environment and no experience of circles or yoga is needed. You are always welcome.
*If an indoor space is required due to weather conditions – it will be held in the spacious Shala internal space at the same address.
