You’re welcome to join our warm sister circle as we transition to autumn at the Autumn Equinox.
A chance to take a breath, see how you are and come into some calming practices to support you in grounding and gaining focus this autumn. Our circles are all about a warm and friendly environment, and all are welcome.
The Autumn Equinox (or Mabon in the Pagan calendar) is all about balancing opposites in our lives - the darkness and the light within, contraction and expansion, the Yin and the Yang, the old, and the new. Everything co-exists together and we need both sides in order to be balanced. This is the time to celebrate both sides, and honour the changing season which brings a chance to start again, to reclaim the inner balance.
