About the Event

As we begin 2024, join Alaina Crystal, a coach focused on helping women reconnect with their innate power, on this inspiring walk. Featuring coaching with Alaina, as well as moments of sharing and meditation, this wellness walk can help you welcome in the new year with a sense of groundedness.

Some elements that may be included:

 ● Silent walking / forest bathing

● Paired listening exercise

● 1:1 coaching - throughout the walk, a chance to walk with Alaina and receive some coaching
