Women's Wellness Walk

Join us for a wonderful opportunity to reconnect ourselves with the wilderness around and within us.  Led by Alaina Crystal, a coach and facilitator focussed on helping women reconnect with their innate power, this gentle hike will incorporate moments of sharing, meditation, and connection with the beautiful land that surrounds us.  

We’ll begin at Shala with an opening circle to forge connections amongst the group, then set out for an easy two-hour hike on level terrain, with a tea stop midway. We’ll finish at Broadstairs train station, with easy links via train or bus back to your starting destination.  

This hike will take place rain or shine, so please do prepare with sturdy boots, layers, and waterproofs if necessary. If the Met Office issues a weather warning, we will notify you of any changes in plan.  Please note that this hike aims to be as accessible as possible,…
