This is a donation based event as part of the Shala launch. A chance to share with other women, deepen your understanding of your cycle and move through a yoga practice designed to honour your energy levels that day. This month we focus in on the 'Spring' of the menstrual cycle.

About the Event
This women's yoga circle is about coming together with other women to share experience and move through a yoga practice that honours our shifting cycles and rhythms.
The start of each circle will begin with talking around an aspect of the cycle – this month, the theme will be Spring. We will delve into what qualities the Spring aspect of our menstrual cycle offers – like increased motivation, creativity, a sense of potential and lightness of being.
You'll be given the opportunity to share how you are and where you are in your monthly cycle (all good if that isn’t something you chart/you don’t have a cycle - the main emphasis is on sharing our current energy levels/mood), then we'll move through a nourishing and rounded yoga practice.
It will include elements of slow flow vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, meditation, breath work, use of affirmations and close with guided relaxation…
