Come join us at our quarterly women’s circle to celebrate the transitions through the year.

Winter Solstice (or Yule) is the longest day of the year. A time where everything lies dormant in the earth and there is hibernation in nature.

The energy of winter can feel more internal… a time of rest and reflection before the slow build to brighter days as the light returns a little more each day. We’ll be moving through calming practices by candlelight – a chance to ground yourself and deeply relax before Christmas.

A chance to reflect on the direction of our own lives with intention, and build on this energy as we enter a new year.
