About the Event

This circle offers a supportive space to share experience and come together with other women, in the same way that women have gathered in circles for thousands of years.

What you can expect in our circle:

  • Grounding Meditation
  • Breathwork
  • Introducing a theme
  • Sharing Circle - a chance to share how you are
  • Guided Relaxation (yoga nidra)
  • Journalling

Our theme this month is TBC.

About Anna

Anna is the founder of Shala. She has held space for many groups of women over the years as an experienced yoga teacher (since' 13) on regular weekend yoga retreats, in workshops/ classes and teaches a variety of styles of yoga. She runs regular anxiety and stress relief immersions for professionals, teaches on yoga teacher trainings and is a writer for Om Yoga Magazine.
