From self care to pregnancy and much more to come, these videos offer a range of practices including slow flow yoga, yin yoga, meditation, breath work, visualisation, yoga nidra (deep relaxation), self enquiry and knowledge/wisdom from various traditions to suit your varying energy levels and needs that day.  I'm currently pregnant and I find Shala's pregnancy yoga and relaxation videos such a valuable resource. I love the flexibility of having it online; it means I can get my partner involved - which is great for the breathing techniques for birth, for example, and recommend it to my friends, wherever they are in the world. Anna's yoga and relaxation practices have been anchoring and supportive throughout my pregnancy - I can't recommend her, and Shala, enough.
